The Align Network is the leadership arm of Ohio Youth Ministries based out of Columbus, Ohio.  We believe in the empowerment of ministers through intentional relationships and coaching.  In Align every youth pastor is given the opportunity to discover new passions, develop professional skills, find support in tough seasons, and experience fulfillment in their pursuit of God in ministry.

In the Align Network, we believe that the most powerful resource in your life is relationships.  You will discover a community of youth pastors who share your passion for reaching the teenager of today for Christ. In this community, you will be able to connect, challenge, celebrate, and collaborate with like-minded people who are passionate in their faith and waiting for you!  If the relationships weren’t great enough, you will receive access to a wealth of ministry content that is guaranteed to save you time on preparation for youth services.  That time-saving content will allow you to focus on valuable relationships with students.
